1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UOOLS (Universal of One Light School), including our website, learner accounts, courses, lessons, homework, quizzes, tools, community areas, records, certificates, the UOOLS Member Marketplace, purchases, orders, digital resources, physical products, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use restricted portions of the Service. Certain public pages may remain viewable without an account.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the UOOLS platform and its related learning, account, administrative, community, educational, marketplace, purchasing, order, and support features.

"Content" includes text, images, audio, video, software, code, course materials, lesson materials, homework, quizzes, research materials, graphics, tools, digital products, marketplace materials, and other materials made available through UOOLS.

"Learner Account" means an account associated with an individual learner and that learner's progress, submissions, quiz attempts, certificates, purchases, order history, and other account records.

"Marketplace" or "UOOLS Member Marketplace" means the member-access business shop operated within UOOLS where eligible users may purchase physical products, digital resources, tools, and other creations for personal or business use.

"Order" means a completed or pending purchase submitted through the UOOLS Member Marketplace.

"User", "you", and "your" refer to a person who accesses or uses UOOLS, including learners, members, parents or guardians, teachers, administrators, customers, and visitors where applicable.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information when creating an account, completing a learner application, or updating your profile. UOOLS may request clarification or additional information before approving access to certain learning spaces.

3.2 Adult and Minor Learners

Adult users may create and manage their own accounts. Where UOOLS provides learning spaces for minors, participation must occur through a parent, legal guardian, authorized school structure, or another process permitted by UOOLS and applicable law. A minor may not falsely represent themselves as an adult to obtain access intended only for adults.

3.3 Approval Is Not Automatic

Creating an account does not guarantee admission to every course, tool, community area, or restricted learning space. UOOLS may review learner applications, request more information, approve access gradually, or deny access when reasonably necessary to protect the learning environment, users, or the Service.

4. Personal Account & No Sharing

You may not use your account to give another person access to courses, lessons, homework, quizzes, learning tools, restricted research materials, member areas, or other content that person is not independently authorized to access.

Parents, guardians, teachers, and authorized helpers must use account structures and permissions provided for their role. They may not complete learner work under another person's identity unless a UOOLS feature specifically permits assistance and clearly records the appropriate role.

If you believe someone else has accessed your account, you should change your password and contact UOOLS support promptly.

5. Academic Integrity & Learner Records

Homework, quiz attempts, course progress, completion records, certificates, portfolio submissions, and similar learner records are intended to represent the registered learner's own participation and work.

You may not have another person impersonate you, complete graded or required work for you, submit answers under your identity, or use another learner's account to complete work.

Reasonable study help, tutoring, discussion, note-taking assistance, accessibility support, and use of permitted learning tools may be allowed, but the learner remains responsible for the work submitted under their account unless UOOLS expressly states otherwise for a particular activity.

UOOLS may invalidate, remove, or require retaking of quizzes, submissions, progress, certificates, or completion records when there is credible evidence that they do not represent the registered learner's activity.

6. Security, Devices & Access Monitoring

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for using reasonable security practices when accessing UOOLS.

To protect learner accounts, course access, and platform integrity, UOOLS may collect and review security-related information such as IP addresses, login timestamps, session activity, browser or device information, trusted-device identifiers, failed login activity, and unusual access patterns, as described further in the Privacy Policy.

UOOLS may limit the number of active trusted devices or access profiles associated with an individual learner account. Where a two-device limit is enabled, a learner may generally maintain up to two active trusted devices or access profiles at one time.

An IP address is not treated as conclusive proof of identity or account sharing. Legitimate network changes can occur because of home internet changes, cellular networks, travel, workplace or school networks, privacy tools, or internet service provider routing.

If access appears unusual, UOOLS may require additional verification, terminate active sessions, ask the learner to replace or remove a trusted device, temporarily restrict access, or contact the account holder before taking further action.

7. Access & License

7.1 Limited Personal License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable course or purchase terms, UOOLS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for authorized educational and personal learning purposes.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit UOOLS Content except where UOOLS expressly permits it.
• Share restricted materials with people who do not have authorized access.
• Attempt to bypass course locks, learner approval requirements, trusted-device controls, security systems, rate limits, or other access restrictions.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror, mass-download, or systematically extract restricted UOOLS Content without written permission.
• Use automated systems in a way that disrupts the Service or defeats security or learning controls.

8. Fees, Marketplace Purchases & Refunds

8.1 Prices and Member Pricing

Some UOOLS services may be free, while others may require a one-time payment, course fee, subscription, enrollment fee, marketplace purchase, or other charge. Any applicable price and payment terms will be presented before purchase.

The UOOLS Member Marketplace may provide discounted member pricing on eligible physical products, digital resources, tools, and creations. Marketplace prices, discounts, availability, product descriptions, and promotions may change without prior notice unless otherwise required by law.

8.2 Personal and Business Use

Marketplace products may be purchased for personal use or, where appropriate, for lawful business use. A marketplace purchase does not automatically grant resale, reproduction, redistribution, sublicensing, white-label, or commercial-copying rights unless the product listing or separate written terms expressly allow those rights.

8.3 Physical Products

Physical products are subject to inventory availability. Adding an item to a cart does not permanently reserve inventory until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

Eligible physical orders are generally shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information may be provided after the order is packed, a shipping label is created, and the order is marked shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory review, high order volume, or other circumstances outside UOOLS's reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the purchaser, additional shipping charges or other reasonable conditions may apply before reshipment.

8.4 Digital Products

Digital products, downloads, or resources may become available after successful payment confirmation. Access may be delivered through the purchaser's UOOLS account, order record, download link, or another method identified at checkout.

You may not share, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit a digital product unless the applicable product listing expressly grants those rights.

8.5 Orders and Purchase Records

Completed marketplace purchases may appear in the user's My Orders area. Order records may include product information, payment status, fulfillment status, download access, shipment status, tracking details, and other information reasonably necessary to process and support the purchase.

UOOLS may correct clerical, inventory, pricing-display, or technical errors before fulfillment where reasonably necessary. If a material correction affects an already-paid order, UOOLS may contact the purchaser, issue an appropriate refund, or provide another lawful resolution.

8.6 Refunds, Cancellations and Returns

Refund, cancellation, return, or exchange eligibility is governed by the UOOLS Refund Policy and any product-specific terms presented for the purchase. These Terms do not create a universal money-back guarantee.

Digital items, customized items, clearance items, business-use purchases, or other specially identified products may have different or more limited refund or return conditions where permitted by law.

8.7 Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

You are responsible for charges you knowingly authorize. UOOLS may review orders, account activity, payment records, shipment records, carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, product photographs, fulfillment records, communications, and other relevant evidence when investigating suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, non-delivery claims, refund abuse, or payment disputes.

Submitting knowingly false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated non-delivery reports, manipulated order information, or other deceptive payment activity is prohibited. UOOLS may suspend marketplace access, hold fulfillment where legally permitted, restrict an account, preserve relevant records, respond to payment-provider disputes, or take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law.

A carrier delivery scan, shipment photograph, tracking record, or similar evidence may be considered as part of an investigation, but no single record is automatically treated as conclusive in every circumstance.

8.8 Marketplace Support

Members may request help with shop or order issues through UOOLS Learner Support. Marketplace support may assist with checkout problems, order status, delivery concerns, digital download access, product questions, and other purchase-related issues.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

UOOLS Content, including course materials, lesson structure, assessments, written works, graphics, software, tools, interfaces, logos, designs, and original educational materials, is owned by UOOLS, its operators, contributors, or applicable licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your access to UOOLS does not transfer ownership of UOOLS Content to you.

You retain ownership of original content you lawfully submit, such as homework responses, reflections, portfolio work, messages, or other learner-created materials. You grant UOOLS the limited permission needed to store, display, review, grade, process, back up, and otherwise use that material to operate the Service and maintain your learning records.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use UOOLS in a lawful, respectful, and non-disruptive manner. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, pressure, exploit, or intentionally intimidate another user.
• Impersonate another learner, parent, teacher, administrator, or other person.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to interfere with the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, administrative areas, source code, or security systems.
• Use UOOLS to promote fraud, deception, unlawful conduct, or harmful activity.
• Submit knowingly false marketplace claims, fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated non-delivery reports, manipulated order information, or abusive refund requests.
• Attempt to exploit pricing errors, duplicate-order bugs, inventory errors, checkout vulnerabilities, promotional systems, or marketplace controls.
• Pressure other learners to adopt a particular spiritual, religious, philosophical, or personal belief.
• Present yourself as providing UOOLS-authorized medical, legal, psychological, or other professional treatment when you are not authorized to do so.

11. Educational & Spiritual Disclaimer

Learners are encouraged to distinguish observation, interpretation, belief, tradition, hypothesis, and established evidence. When professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated advice is needed, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

The separate UOOLS Spiritual Disclaimer provides additional information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Privacy & Data

The UOOLS Privacy Policy explains how personal information, learner application data, learning records, marketplace orders, payment-related records, shipment and tracking information, device and security information, support communications, and other data may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed. By creating or using an account, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension & Termination

UOOLS may investigate suspected violations and may take reasonable action including warnings, password resets, session termination, trusted-device resets, temporary restrictions, removal of specific access, suspension, or account termination.

Factors may include account sharing, impersonation, academic dishonesty, security abuse, unauthorized copying or distribution, harassment, marketplace abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, false order claims, fraud, repeated rule violations, or attempts to bypass platform or marketplace controls.

UOOLS should not permanently terminate a learner account solely because an IP address changed. Security decisions may consider multiple signals and available context.

You may request account closure by using available account settings or contacting support. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal, accounting, dispute, or educational-record purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you and UOOLS agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party and providing enough information to understand the issue. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UOOLS and its operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

UOOLS may update these Terms as the Service, learning programs, security controls, or legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when these Terms are materially updated.

For material changes affecting registered users, UOOLS may provide additional notice or require renewed acceptance before continued use of certain account features.
